Yep, early today I had my remaining 2 finals for Art Appreciation and Intro to Photoshop. Art Appreciation had a mini-essay for the final (Ugh...), and Intro to Photoshop was just a take home final that I just needed to drop off. Now all that's left is just the wait for my grades, but I'm just glad I don't have to worry about classes for quite a while.

All in all, this was a pretty good con in my opinion. First off, the new hotel was much, MUCH, better. They were definitely more welcoming and helpful, unlike that other hotel that will not be mentioned anymore. The furry variety show was pretty good, and 2's show was awesome and I'm glad I finally got to see him live. And of course, I and Miles were glad to see the Tetris Attack tournament on Saturday having such a turnout on such short notice.

However, there were still a few problems, like registration having problems, but some of it was due to tech problems and I completely understand that technology likes to have Murphy's Law happen to it at the worst times, and the cabaret show started way behind time due to some miscommunication between the hotel and con staff, but those will definitely be ironed out come next year. Other than that, the only thing I hope they do is have some more events and panels, especially tournaments since the Tetris Attack tournament me and Miles did was the only one that happened and it will be coming back next year.

Still, this con was about seeing and hanging out with friends and meeting new ones too, and that's what really made this con for me. I'll definitely be coming back in 2010.

Yep, I'm back home safe and sound. Will put up a report tomorrow, but for now I'm going to just unpack my stuff, relax, and most likely go to bed.

I've been pretty busy as of late, which is really making me look forward to summer. Luckily, things haven't been all about class work and my job though. Here's what's been going on with me.

College: I'm doing pretty well so far, and the countdown to finals is well underway, which means I've got plenty of class work to do and take care of, especially in my U.S. History class. It will also be my main concern when finals roll around, but at least it won't be an essay final which gives me a sigh of relief.

Work: It's been kinda light in customers at Game Crazy with a several busy days as of late when a couple of big games got released, and that's going to be how it will be like since the summer lull in game releases is fast approaching. Not only that, E3 is almost here and everyone at work, including me, is looking forward to hearing what's coming up on the horizon.

Other things: First off, I ran into a bit of TV trouble for the past few weeks as my TV got hit by and electrical problem that made it unusable, but thanks to my folks, it's been replaced so I'm thankful for that especially since the problem was going to cost quite a bit to fix. Also, I've been gaming quite a bit more on the PC as of late as well, especially since I got Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead, so if you've got a Steam account, feel free to send gamer_wolf a friend add. Lastly, I'm really looking forward to being at the FurBQ this weekend, along with Califur in a little over three weeks as well, staying with my mate for both events.

Well, that's about it for what's been going on with me. I promise I'll try to keep my journal a bit more active everyone.

I want to give big thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday yesterday. My birthday was a bit quiet, just got a few things like the latest 007 movie Quantum of Solace on DVD and some cash too, but all the birthday wishes I got made it great. Again, thanks you guys. :)

Yep, as of this past midnight today is my birthday and I'm officially 25 now. Man, does the time fly...

Yep, before I get to my Spring break, which this time falls on the same week my birthday is at, I have to go through my midterms. I just had my Art Appreciation midterm today and it wasn't that bad, though that course was my least concern. My major concern is my U.S. History midterm on Wednesday since there's quite a bit of stuff I need to keep in my head when Wednesday rolls around.

After midterms is over I'm looking forward to having one concern in my life paused for one week, especially since I really need it in my opinion. Yeah...last week was pretty rough on me, though I won't go into any specifics. Let's just say I pretty much ran head first into a storm where a lot of things went wrong that I'm still recovering from.

Man, I really wish this week would go by faster to the weekend.
