And like I said, for the last time and it started last week as well. However, my final semester of college may be the hardest as I'm taking English (ugh...), World History, the Physical Science lab course (couldn't take it last year due to schedule conflicts), and Public Speaking since I still have a few problems when it comes to giving presentations in front of a group of people. Public Speaking will probably be my only course that will give me a bit of a break, but the rest will have me work hard. Talk about a way to finish off college, heh.
Hope I can get through this without much stress.

Yeah, didn't mean to not update about what's going on with my life everyone, but to tell the truth, nothing much has been going on really other than the routine of work, coming home, and either just relaxing or playing a game. Still, there are a few things I will talk about.
First off, I found out a few weeks ago that my college is raising their fees AGAIN. This completely ticked me off and with this upcoming semester having the remainder of the core classes, I will be finished with college after this coming semester. I plan on later on in my life to look into a tech college to finish my education in web page design, but that's only when I can handle it financially.
Also, starting on August 9 and until the 13th, I will be on vacation with my folks in Vegas. The resort my folks had a share in has been completed and we will be staying there no charge. I'll try to get pics this time now that my camera isn't being used by someone else.
And that's pretty much it. I'll try to post more updates about my life, but again, things are pretty much quiet over here.

Yep, early today I had my remaining 2 finals for Art Appreciation and Intro to Photoshop. Art Appreciation had a mini-essay for the final (Ugh...), and Intro to Photoshop was just a take home final that I just needed to drop off. Now all that's left is just the wait for my grades, but I'm just glad I don't have to worry about classes for quite a while.

I've been pretty busy as of late, which is really making me look forward to summer. Luckily, things haven't been all about class work and my job though. Here's what's been going on with me.
College: I'm doing pretty well so far, and the countdown to finals is well underway, which means I've got plenty of class work to do and take care of, especially in my U.S. History class. It will also be my main concern when finals roll around, but at least it won't be an essay final which gives me a sigh of relief.
Work: It's been kinda light in customers at Game Crazy with a several busy days as of late when a couple of big games got released, and that's going to be how it will be like since the summer lull in game releases is fast approaching. Not only that, E3 is almost here and everyone at work, including me, is looking forward to hearing what's coming up on the horizon.
Other things: First off, I ran into a bit of TV trouble for the past few weeks as my TV got hit by and electrical problem that made it unusable, but thanks to my folks, it's been replaced so I'm thankful for that especially since the problem was going to cost quite a bit to fix. Also, I've been gaming quite a bit more on the PC as of late as well, especially since I got Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead, so if you've got a Steam account, feel free to send gamer_wolf a friend add. Lastly, I'm really looking forward to being at the FurBQ this weekend, along with Califur in a little over three weeks as well, staying with my mate for both events.
Well, that's about it for what's been going on with me. I promise I'll try to keep my journal a bit more active everyone.

Unfortunatly it hasn't been a whole lot, mostly work and my classes, which are both doing well. Work was pretty busy the past few weeks with several big game releases coming out, but with those done, I expect things will start to calm down a bit. As for my classes, I gotta admit my Art Appreciation course is a pleasant surprise as to how much I'm learning about the history of art and it's types. I have to say I'm glad I chose to take this to put units into one of the required class areas for me. U.S. history is going well, and Intro to Photoshop is working out great, I'm glad I finally get to learn how to use this program since I know it can do quite a bit.
That's pretty much it for what's been going on in my life, hope everything is going well for you all.

Yep, tomorrow is the start of the spring semester, with me taking Art Appreciation on Mondays, Intro to Photoshop on Tuesdays and History of the US from 1877 to the present online. I glad I can finally take the first Photoshop course and I'm looking forward to seeing what Art Appreciation will be like, though that course won't be happening until next week.
As for how I'm doing, I'm doing alright even though work's been busy as of late. I forgot that becides the holiday months, big game releases also happen in the late winter/early spring and the 18th is the Street Fighter 4 release day, so I can bet the store will be very busy.
Other than that, not a whole lot is happening in my life right now, which is kinda good and bad at the same time.

My last two finals are through, so I'm officially done with college until the spring semester! Just hope my grades turn out well, the wait is going to suck.
Also, I'd like to say thanks for the well-wishes I've gotten, my cold has gotten better, but it's still going to be a bit of time until I fully kick this cold out of my system. At least this is hitting me now instead of when it's close to FC.

brown_wolf! Hope you're having a great day today!
Now, I say the calm before the storm because next week is finals for me, so this week is going to be very busy for me. Good thing is that there's only really 2 classes that I need to be concerned about since I have a computer course again and the final is just a big project that I'm pretty much almost done with it thanks to the amount of class time that was given to work on it in order to get any help we need. Now, I mainly only need to study for my Health Science course so I probably won't be doing any all-nighter study sessions, but my Film Studies course is going to have me writing an essay, ugh.
I'll be glad when I'm through with finals, so then I can just look forward to FC in less than a month and a half.

Ok, maybe I am a bit nervous today. You see today all my final grades for my spring semester classes get put up online, and I'm concerned as to what I got in my Chemistry course since that was the big one for me this semester. I'm hoping this worrying is all for nothing though when I see my grade.
Expect another post from me later when I find out what I got in that and my other two courses.

Yep, just got a study guide from my Physical Geography teacher for the final so the home stretch to finals has begun. To tell the truth, I'm more worried about my Chemistry final than anything else since I know that I'm going to have a lot of stuff to memorize for it and I hope I can remember it all when the time comes. At least it will be the last final I'll be taking, which is good and bad at the same time. The good being I can study a bit through my Intro to Dreamweaver class since all that will happen is that everyone's finished websites will be shown off to the class, and the bad being that it's the last final for me and I kinda would like to get it out of the way ASAP.
In other news I finally got Blue Dragon for the 360 (though in hindsight I probably should have waited until after finals to get it, hehe) and I'm definitely enjoying the game so far. The only gripe I have is actually with the way Microsoft packaged the game. Stacking the three discs on top of one another isn't exactly the best way to package the game. I'm scratching my head in wonder as to what the heck they were thinking when Microsoft chose to do this (though I've heard the way Lost Odyssey is packaged is even worse).
Anyway, wish me the best of luck on upcoming finals everyone, especially on my Chemistry final.

Got a few updates with what's been going on in my life. First off, there is another con I will be attending this year. In less than two weeks, I will be going to Califur for the first time! I will be getting a ride from
t_h_squirrel and I'll be staying in his room at the con as well. I'm very thankful for this THS!
Next, with May in full swing the countdown to finals week has begun. Truthfully, I know I'm going to feel more relaxed about these finals unlike my fall semester finals, mainly because I'm not retrying a course I didn't do too well in high school, and that I tend to do well in science courses.
Lastly, just want to let everyone know that my friend from Hawaii that came to Southern California to visit and got stuck here since her airline that she was going to go on to fly back went bankrupt, did finally get back to Hawaii this past Tuesday. However, because of what happened, she's now seriously thinking about moving to either where I am, Moreno Valley, or to Menifee where she stayed with one of my friends while she was stuck in SoCal, so that's a bit of a surprise.

First off, happy birthday
talynwolf! Hope everything is going great for you today!
Well, my spring break ended yesterday, and it was alright. I was glad that this year my birthday was a part of my spring break (again, thank you very much everyone for the birthday wishes!) and to just put my classes in the back of my mind for a little bit.
Also, with my classes starting up again, that means I get to find out what I got on my midterms and so far, it's good. I got an A on my Chemistry midterm and as for my Intro to Dreamweaver class I got a B+ (it was a "make a small website with these contents" midterm and unfortunately I forgot to double-check to see if the all of the links worked which dinged me a bit). All that's left is Physical Geography and that won't be until Friday so I've still got my fingers crossed on that one.

Yep, today was my last day working for them and next week on Tuesday I start my new job over at Game Crazy, so tomorrow I'll just be relaxing. I'll admit, I will miss the place a little since I spent a little over 2 years there, but I'm still glad to have gotten out of there.
Other than that, nothing much else going on. I'm doing well so far in my classes this semester, though I have made a mental note that mid-terms are coming up in less than 3 weeks, so I'm taking lots of notes so I don't miss anything when I have to study for them. I've also been trying to clear as many of the challenges in Brawl that I can, saving the golden hammers for the ones i know I can't beat, though from what I heard any of the challenges involving beating something on intense difficulty are actually immune to the golden hammer, so that kind of sucks.

Today was an interesting first day of the spring semester in a good sense. It was good because my Chemistry teacher kind of reminds me of my Chemistry teacher back in high school because of how he keeps the class interesting with a bit of enthusiasm about the course. As for my Intro to Dreamweaver class, I've got the same teacher from my Intro to Frontpage course which is cool, but this time I'll need to get the textbook with some of the stuff that will be done.
It's looking to be a nice semester so far.

Yeah, there hasn't been much going on with me as of late. Job wise, I can confidently say that as soon as I've got a new job clinched I'm ditching Blockbuster like it was the Titanic. As for other things, I've payed for my classes for this spring semester, been fighting off a slight cold that I've had for the past week and I now have a big bookcase in my room now to organize most of my stuff (I'll take a few pictures of it and post them up later).
And that's pretty much it, other than me trying to finish some of the games I haven't fully beaten yet before Super Smash Bros. Brawl gets released next month.
Also, I want to say hi to everyone that added me to their LJ friends list and to those that added me back after I added them, thank you!

With February here, that means that the spring semester is just around the corner, so I took care of my spring semester courses earlier today. I'll be taking Physical Geography, Physical Science and Intro to Dreamweaver. I was hoping to take a course in Photoshop but unfortunately it isn't being offered this spring semester.
Yep, it's mostly going to be about science this semester.
