First, Happy Birthday to [info]sumenora! Hope you have a great birthday!

And second, today was my last day of finals for me. Now all that's left to do is wait for my final grades. I really hope I passed all of them.

Done!

My last two finals are through, so I'm officially done with college until the spring semester! Just hope my grades turn out well, the wait is going to suck.

Also, I'd like to say thanks for the well-wishes I've gotten, my cold has gotten better, but it's still going to be a bit of time until I fully kick this cold out of my system. At least this is hitting me now instead of when it's close to FC.

Oh man...

Good news: For my Film Studies final tomorrow I just need to drop off my paper and that's it.

Bad news: I think I'm coming down with a cold now, which sucks...

First off, happy birthday [info]brown_wolf! Hope you're having a great day today!

Now, I say the calm before the storm because next week is finals for me, so this week is going to be very busy for me. Good thing is that there's only really 2 classes that I need to be concerned about since I have a computer course again and the final is just a big project that I'm pretty much almost done with it thanks to the amount of class time that was given to work on it in order to get any help we need. Now, I mainly only need to study for my Health Science course so I probably won't be doing any all-nighter study sessions, but my Film Studies course is going to have me writing an essay, ugh.

I'll be glad when I'm through with finals, so then I can just look forward to FC in less than a month and a half.

The chemistry final has come and gone...

And I'll admit, I definitely put a little too much pressure on myself for this exam because the test didn't go as bad as I thought it would. Looking back, I think what worried me was the amount of stuff I had to memorize when I got the study guide last Monday, especially memorizing quite a few ions in both name and chemical symbol. In the end though, I was able to answer almost every question on the test easily (I did get hung up on a few questions) and I feel very relieved that's it's over.

Also, today was my Intro to Dreamweaver final and again, it was just giving the disk with our own website that we had to make throughout the semester, having it shown to everyone, and that's it.

Now I just gotta wait for about 3 weeks for my final grades to be posted, but I'm not going to worry about those too much.

Yep, my Chemistry final is tomorrow, and I'm a little nervous as to how I'll do when I take it tomorrow despite all the studying I've done for it. I'm just going to have to do the best I can and hopefully the test won't be as bad as I think it will be.

Wish me luck everyone.

[info]crash_the_dog! Hope everything is going great for you today!

Also, had my physical geography final today and I feel very confident about passing the course, but again, my main worry is with my chemistry final on Monday.

*gets back to studying*

Well, finals are only one week away...

Yep, just got a study guide from my Physical Geography teacher for the final so the home stretch to finals has begun. To tell the truth, I'm more worried about my Chemistry final than anything else since I know that I'm going to have a lot of stuff to memorize for it and I hope I can remember it all when the time comes. At least it will be the last final I'll be taking, which is good and bad at the same time. The good being I can study a bit through my Intro to Dreamweaver class since all that will happen is that everyone's finished websites will be shown off to the class, and the bad being that it's the last final for me and I kinda would like to get it out of the way ASAP.

In other news I finally got Blue Dragon for the 360 (though in hindsight I probably should have waited until after finals to get it, hehe) and I'm definitely enjoying the game so far. The only gripe I have is actually with the way Microsoft packaged the game. Stacking the three discs on top of one another isn't exactly the best way to package the game. I'm scratching my head in wonder as to what the heck they were thinking when Microsoft chose to do this (though I've heard the way Lost Odyssey is packaged is even worse).

Anyway, wish me the best of luck on upcoming finals everyone, especially on my Chemistry final.

Fall semester is done!

Today was very short for my last final, since I really didn't spend any time in my Illustrator class. The day of the final was either drop off the zip disk with the finished project or work on it in the room if you need help or a little more time, so since I was done I just dropped off the disk.

I did find my Geometry teacher and asked him when I could find out about my final grade and he said that the final grades would be up on his web page for the course Sunday afternoon. At least the wait won't be too much longer. Afterwards, I did the whole textbook sell-back at the bookstore and got an extra $78.

Also, I just got a cool Christmas card from [info]feroswolf today. Thank you very much Feros!

The wait has begun.

With my Geometry final done and Frontpage final turned in yestderday, the agonizing wait for final grades starts, though I do have one class left. I'll admit though that it's not as agonizing as my spring semester since I was able to just focus on studying for Geometry since I completed the projects for my Frontpage and Illustrator as soon as I could, and focusing on it showed yesterday. I did still feel a little pressure as I took the Geometry final, but it wasn't as bad as it probably would have been if I didn't spend a lot of time studying.

I'm feeling pretty confident that I've definitely passed the course this time.

Been having one last study fest for Geometry before tomorrow's final. At least I won't have long to wait for the final, it will be starting at 8:00 am tomorrow so I can get it over with first thing. I really hope I pass successfully since I didn't do too well when I had this class in high school (I barely passed with a C back there).

Wish me the best of luck everyone.

Time to really buckle down and study.

Yep, next week is finals week for me and after seeing what's going to be on my Geometry final, I know I've got to really memorize a lot of equations. Luckily, this is the only class I have to study for as my Frontpage and Illustrator classes have projects as their finals that I've been working on for the past week, so I can focus on studying my Geometry textbook.

That doesn't mean I'm not nervous about the upcoming Geometry final since it can make or break my grade.

As for other things, a setback was hit while me and my dad were putting up the lights last week, we lost an extension cord so the lights couldn't get finished. We do have a new extension cord now, so we should get it all done today, hopefully. Also, our Christmas tree will be bought tonight as well.

Today I had my vacation time that I requested to go to FC 2008 given the green light by my manager, so another of what I thought to be major obstacles for my first furry con is gone. All that's left is to make sure I bring a good amount of money (I've got about $400 saved up and I'm hoping to bring that up further but who knows with Christmas coming up soon).

Also, as a side note, I took a quick look at my calender and realized that finals are almost a month away.

Crap.
