Yeah, didn't mean to not update about what's going on with my life everyone, but to tell the truth, nothing much has been going on really other than the routine of work, coming home, and either just relaxing or playing a game. Still, there are a few things I will talk about.

First off, I found out a few weeks ago that my college is raising their fees AGAIN. This completely ticked me off and with this upcoming semester having the remainder of the core classes, I will be finished with college after this coming semester. I plan on later on in my life to look into a tech college to finish my education in web page design, but that's only when I can handle it financially.

Also, starting on August 9 and until the 13th, I will be on vacation with my folks in Vegas. The resort my folks had a share in has been completed and we will be staying there no charge. I'll try to get pics this time now that my camera isn't being used by someone else.

And that's pretty much it. I'll try to post more updates about my life, but again, things are pretty much quiet over here.

I've been pretty busy as of late, which is really making me look forward to summer. Luckily, things haven't been all about class work and my job though. Here's what's been going on with me.

College: I'm doing pretty well so far, and the countdown to finals is well underway, which means I've got plenty of class work to do and take care of, especially in my U.S. History class. It will also be my main concern when finals roll around, but at least it won't be an essay final which gives me a sigh of relief.

Work: It's been kinda light in customers at Game Crazy with a several busy days as of late when a couple of big games got released, and that's going to be how it will be like since the summer lull in game releases is fast approaching. Not only that, E3 is almost here and everyone at work, including me, is looking forward to hearing what's coming up on the horizon.

Other things: First off, I ran into a bit of TV trouble for the past few weeks as my TV got hit by and electrical problem that made it unusable, but thanks to my folks, it's been replaced so I'm thankful for that especially since the problem was going to cost quite a bit to fix. Also, I've been gaming quite a bit more on the PC as of late as well, especially since I got Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead, so if you've got a Steam account, feel free to send gamer_wolf a friend add. Lastly, I'm really looking forward to being at the FurBQ this weekend, along with Califur in a little over three weeks as well, staying with my mate for both events.

Well, that's about it for what's been going on with me. I promise I'll try to keep my journal a bit more active everyone.

Yep, before I get to my Spring break, which this time falls on the same week my birthday is at, I have to go through my midterms. I just had my Art Appreciation midterm today and it wasn't that bad, though that course was my least concern. My major concern is my U.S. History midterm on Wednesday since there's quite a bit of stuff I need to keep in my head when Wednesday rolls around.

After midterms is over I'm looking forward to having one concern in my life paused for one week, especially since I really need it in my opinion. Yeah...last week was pretty rough on me, though I won't go into any specifics. Let's just say I pretty much ran head first into a storm where a lot of things went wrong that I'm still recovering from.

Man, I really wish this week would go by faster to the weekend.

Unfortunatly it hasn't been a whole lot, mostly work and my classes, which are both doing well. Work was pretty busy the past few weeks with several big game releases coming out, but with those done, I expect things will start to calm down a bit. As for my classes, I gotta admit my Art Appreciation course is a pleasant surprise as to how much I'm learning about the history of art and it's types. I have to say I'm glad I chose to take this to put units into one of the required class areas for me. U.S. history is going well, and Intro to Photoshop is working out great, I'm glad I finally get to learn how to use this program since I know it can do quite a bit.

That's pretty much it for what's been going on in my life, hope everything is going well for you all.

Yep, tomorrow is the start of the spring semester, with me taking Art Appreciation on Mondays, Intro to Photoshop on Tuesdays and History of the US from 1877 to the present online. I glad I can finally take the first Photoshop course and I'm looking forward to seeing what Art Appreciation will be like, though that course won't be happening until next week.

As for how I'm doing, I'm doing alright even though work's been busy as of late. I forgot that becides the holiday months, big game releases also happen in the late winter/early spring and the 18th is the Street Fighter 4 release day, so I can bet the store will be very busy.

Other than that, not a whole lot is happening in my life right now, which is kinda good and bad at the same time.

First off, I want to wish farraptor a happy birthday today! Hope today is going great for you!

Second, I'm sorry I've been silent for a long time, I've just had quite a bit of stuff going on in my life so here's an update of what's been going on with me so far.

College: My classes are going quite well, I'm in the second half of my fall sememster and mid-terms went well, though as soon as Thanksgiving comes and goes, the countdown to finals starts.

Work: Honestly, with all the big game releases that happened this past month or so, work has been very busy, though I've lucked out not getting assigned to a midnight launch so far, but who knows when that will change. Still, all and all work is going well.

As for other things, I'd like to thank firewolf66 again for the icon that you see that he did for me from being one of the winners of his contest on FurAffinity. I also ran into the Red Ring of Death on my Xbox 360 last month, but thankfully Best Buy helped get around the wait time for my 360 to be fixed since I still had an active warranty from them. The best part was that I got to trade up to the 60 GB version of the 360, so that was a nice bonus and I put most of my game saves on a memory card before the Red Ring hit, so the damage wasn't too bad.

That's pretty much it for now, but I will do my best to keep my journal updated now, so hopefully there will be no more gaps of silence.

Things have been a little busy for me, but I've been doing good. My classes are in full swing, this time I'm taking 2 one day a week courses, Film Studies and Intro to Flash, and one online course, Health Science. I'm doing well in my classes so far, but it's still early on in the semester so I can't slack off.

Also, for the first time, I'm both excited and dreading that we've entered into the big game releases period. I'm excited because of the big name releases that I'm looking forward to, but I'm dreading because I'm working at a game store during this time and I know I'm really not looking forward to doing any midnight releases.

Anyway, this Sunday I will be going again to Knott's Halloween Haunt for the 3rd year in a row, so I'm excited to be going again this weekend. I've also been playing Spore, which is pretty good, though I'm going to need to do some upgrading on my laptop because the game kinda strains to run a bit.

And that's pretty much about it for what's been up in my life lately, but I plan on making more life updates and stuff now that summer's over (though it still feels like it, ugh).

Sorry about the lack of posting on my end everyone, just things have been somewhat calm over here with nothing much to report. I do know that the Vegas vacation my folks are taking that I'm probably going with (depending if the relationship between me and my folks gets strained even further) is going to happen from the 25th to the 28th. Also, looking forward to going to a furmeet this Sunday where we will be going to a cafe followed by doing some bowling, and that's pretty much everything going on with me right now.

Got a few updates with what's been going on in my life. First off, there is another con I will be attending this year. In less than two weeks, I will be going to Califur for the first time! I will be getting a ride from t_h_squirrel and I'll be staying in his room at the con as well. I'm very thankful for this THS!

Next, with May in full swing the countdown to finals week has begun. Truthfully, I know I'm going to feel more relaxed about these finals unlike my fall semester finals, mainly because I'm not retrying a course I didn't do too well in high school, and that I tend to do well in science courses.

Lastly, just want to let everyone know that my friend from Hawaii that came to Southern California to visit and got stuck here since her airline that she was going to go on to fly back went bankrupt, did finally get back to Hawaii this past Tuesday. However, because of what happened, she's now seriously thinking about moving to either where I am, Moreno Valley, or to Menifee where she stayed with one of my friends while she was stuck in SoCal, so that's a bit of a surprise.

Yeah, it looks like life decided to give me two surprises along with my midterms this week. The first being that I was told that my folks and my sister are heading off to Ohio starting May 18 for a week to help out my grandmother on my dad's side. Now due to work and my classes, I can't go but at least I'll have the house to myself for a while. The other is that right now a friend of mine from Hawaii is here in town. However, she was supposed to leave this past Wednesday but unfortunately, her airline went bankrupt and stopped all flights, so she can't get back home yet which sucks, but at least she'll be in town for a bit longer.

This week also reminded me one crucial lesson as well on Monday morning, never pull an all-nighter study session and expect to not feel any after effects. Truthfully, I should have stopped before it got too late, but I just didn't feel like all the notes I was reading over were staying in my head, so I kept studying. I've really got to not do that again.

At least I'm through with my midterms and I feel like I did well on them.

First off, haven't heard anything from Best Buy yet, but my fingers are still crossed for that and also for getting an interview at Target or Game Crazy just in case. As soon as something happens on the job front, I'll let you guys know first.

Second, I picked up Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass for the DS over the weekend and I'm liking it so far, though I'm still getting used to only using the stylus to move Link and use his sword instead of using the control pad and pressing one of the buttons for the sword like in the other handheld Zelda games. Still, it is more interactive with you having to blow into the mic to blow out candles and yell into the mic at a few points as well.

Lastly, I now have Skype installed on my computer so if anyone wants to chat via Skype, my Skype name is gamer_wolf (just like how my LJ username is done).

Yeah, there hasn't been much going on with me as of late. Job wise, I can confidently say that as soon as I've got a new job clinched I'm ditching Blockbuster like it was the Titanic. As for other things, I've payed for my classes for this spring semester, been fighting off a slight cold that I've had for the past week and I now have a big bookcase in my room now to organize most of my stuff (I'll take a few pictures of it and post them up later).

And that's pretty much it, other than me trying to finish some of the games I haven't fully beaten yet before Super Smash Bros. Brawl gets released next month.

I've started packing to make sure that nothing gets forgotten. The only things that are not being packed right now are the few chargers that I'll have to bring. Those won't be packed until Tuesday.

In other news, looks like my grandmother isn't heading back to Ohio just yet. The yard sale that she had last Saturday didn't go so well so she decided that she'll be coming back here on Monday or Tuesday after she's done visiting my relatives in Arizona right now, so I'll hopefully see her one more time and help her out a bit before I get picked up for FC on Wednesday.
